As a Quality Manager, you will actively shape the quality of our shoes & accessories and develop them throughout the entire product life cycle. You will be responsible for optimizing fit and workmanship in an agile environment with flat hierarchies.

Your task

You will be responsible for quality development throughout the product life cycle. You will be in constant communication with the relevant interfaces on fitting and fit issues, return rates and processing.

Your contribution

You continuously develop the shoes & accessories in terms of fit, quality & workmanship. This also includes the creation of shoe drawings for paper patterns for production as well as knowledge of cutting techniques. Your work is based on returns analyses, which can also be supported by AI.

Your environment

We have flat hierarchies and you are also on first-name terms with the management. There is also close cooperation with your interfaces, such as Product Management, Sourcing or Compliance Team. Your team comprises eight Product Managers and Assistant to Product Managers from the accessories and footwear sector, with whom you coordinate closely.

Your experience and product knowledge are in demand. Here you can take responsibility for the further development of quality. You have the opportunity to help shape the transformation of the company (e.g. through project work).

Your training

You have successfully completed a degree in Textile & Clothing Technology or Footwear Technology or a comparable apprenticeship with a focus on footwear.

Your experience

You have several years of experience in the footwear industry, ideally in quality development

Your skills

You have in-depth knowledge of shoe technology and cutting technology and are familiar with the shoe production process. You know the different materials for shoes & accessories You have sound analytical skills and a high level of organizational ability. You speak very good English and ideally fluent German. You are also open to getting more involved with AI tools and using them for your work.

Your soft skills

You are open to new topics, have a high willingness to change and enjoy networking. You have a digital mindset and are solution-oriented. You enjoy intercultural and interdisciplinary collaboration and are part of an open, tolerant and colorful corporate culture.
