Your task:
You will develop and implement international process management standards, optimize procedures and validate business cases to improve customer satisfaction and the quality of internal and external service providers. You will set up process controls, define KPIs and integrate the 'voice of the customer'.

Your contribution:
You will have an important impact on our international process standards while maintaining a balance between process quality, cost and customer impact.

Your environment:
Customer Care Management is an international matrix organization where you will work with colleagues from France, Germany, Italy and Poland.

What you bring with you

Your education:
You have successfully completed a degree or apprenticeship with a commercial focus.

Your experience:
You are well-versed in process management, optimization methods and are familiar with customer service processes. You also have a good understanding of KPIs and dependencies. You are also adept at root cause analysis and deriving suggestions for improvement.

Your skills:
You have at least a B2 level in English. You have an entrepreneurial mindset, holistic thinking and are a solution-oriented team player with a focus on quality.

Your soft skills:
You have a lot of experience and enjoy working in an intercultural team setup. You thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful and changing environment. You also have a strong customer focus.
