Your tasks

Ensure that you protect the company's information assets in a risk-appropriate manner by developing and maintaining Information Security Policies as well as non-technical standards and processes
Develop the Information Security Strategy and Roadmap together with the ISO, the specialist departments and IT management
Track and monitor the initiatives and projects of the Information Security Roadmap
Identify and analyze threats and risks in Information Security, prioritize appropriate measures and track them
Conduct spot checks to verify compliance with Information Security Policies and Standards within the company
Raise awareness and train employees on the topic of Information Security
Maintain the interfaces between overarching functions of the group of companies, the specialist departments and IT management
Provide adequate reporting for the ISO and the management to support decision-making

Your profile

Completed studies in the field of computer science, information security or a comparable qualification
Good knowledge in the areas of information security or security incident response
Several years of experience in the field of IT security
Sound knowledge of common security standards and frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST)
Certifications in the field of information security (CISM, CISA, CISSP, GCTI) are an advantage
Curiosity to follow current trends and ability to collaborate with stakeholders
Goal- and solution-oriented communication in German and English
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
