Deine Aufgaben
As HR Controller, you are the expert for our HR department. You not only build up our HR reporting system, but also continuously develop it further. Your analyses and reports form the basis for strategic decisions and help us to become even more successful as a company.
- Design: You design and develop our HR reporting system with interactive dashboards that really make a difference
- Analyze: You create meaningful HR reports, ad hoc evaluations and HR statistics that help us identify trends at an early stage
- Advise: you interpret HR data and prepare the basis for decision-making for HR management and senior management
- Optimize: You support us in preparing data for monthly and annual financial statements and contribute your expertise to HR projects
- Contribute: You actively shape the annual remuneration planning and budget process
Dein Profil
- Education: Degree in economics or a comparable field of study
- Experience: Several years of experience in operational HR controlling, ideally with a conceptual background
- Know-how: Very good knowledge of MS Excel and ideally experience with BI tools such as Power BI or QlikSense
- Analytical thinking: Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills as well as a structured way of working
- IT affinity: High IT affinity and enthusiasm for data-driven decisions
- An advantage: Basic knowledge of payroll accounting
